How we work

Confidence comes from clear steps.

The service name tells you what you are ordering. Agreement, coordination and checks determine how the work is carried out.

Our approach
  1. 01 / 05

    Understand the site first

A site visit helps us assess condition, materials, access and actual needs. We generally need one to prepare an accurate quote.

  2. 02 / 05

    Put the scope in writing

We agree the scope, frequency, standard and available times. Every site needs a clear definition of what is included.

    OutcomeAgreed scope and frequency
  3. 03 / 05

    Coordinate with operations

One coordinator manages access, the team and the sequence of work. We refine the setup at the start and arrange staff cover.

  4. 04 / 05

Carry out and check the work

We check the work throughout and at repeated intervals. Any issues are addressed through the agreed corrective process.

    Hand over and plan ahead

We review the result and outstanding points. For regular care, we agree the next visit and adapt the plan as needs change.

What we leave behind.

A clear brief helps both sides know what is complete. Here is an example of a concise starting point for your agreement.

Start with the location, type of space and the problem you need to solve. Photos help us prepare for the next conversation.

What affects the price

Price starts with the scope.

Square metres alone are not enough. We prepare a specific quote after clarifying the conditions and usually visiting the site.
