We carry out a one-off deep clean based on the actual condition of the premises. We also address details and accumulated dirt beyond routine cleaning.

Our approach

  2. 02We agree the specific areas, methods and handover date.
  3. 03We clean, then review the result and outstanding points at handover.

What we check

We check the agreed surfaces, washrooms and details, identifying any surface defects that cleaning cannot remove at handover.

What you need to know

Cleaning cannot reverse material damage; repairs and clearance are not automatically included in a deep clean.

What affects the price

The price depends on the size and condition of the premises, dirt levels, materials, amount of furniture and equipment, and available working time.
