We review the property's condition, materials, access and planned operating dates.
We agree between-stay cleaning, windows, deep cleaning and seasonal preparation. Linen changes or photo reports can be included by individual agreement.
We agree visits, inspections and handover, including photos and outstanding items according to the scope of the assignment.
We work with individual owners and managers of multiple properties. We always confirm availability at the specific location and timing in advance.
Care for each stage of operation
After-season restoration
Deep cleaning with agreed machine cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning or disinfection where appropriate for the materials and situation. Any painting and repairs have a separately agreed scope.
Before-opening preparation
Cleaning after closure or repairs within a scope agreed in advance. We agree a completion date, inspection and handover with the planned opening in mind.
Ongoing property or portfolio care
We tailor visits, work and property-by-property reporting to your needs. The scope may include planning further work; this is not complete rental management.
